A bold mix of blues with a red and pink contrast twist, led by a full ball of vintage navy mohair blend shot through with pink and purple thread.
What's included (approx. 230g total):
• 1 x navy mohair blend with pink and purple thread – 50g, 101m, 54% mohair / 38.5% acrylic / 4% polyester / 3.5% nylon, vintage, made in England, with label
• 1 x black, red and pink twist – 98g, unlabelled
• 1 x bright blue twist with black and white fleck – approx. 43g, unlabelled
• 1 x royal blue with tweed flecks – 39g, unlabelled
The three unlabelled yarns feel like a wool and acrylic mix. Weights are for each ball as photographed.
Thickness:
The two twists are chunky, and the royal blue and mohair blend are finer. The mohair blend suggests 5.5mm needles.
What to make:
Great for stripes, weaving, wall hangings and textured trims. The mohair blend adds a soft halo when held together with another yarn.
Rescued and rehomed by The Fabric Folk, keeping good materials in use and out of landfill.

Our materials come from local makers, businesses, and creative projects that no longer need them.
Through our Stash Swap programme, fabrics and yarns are donated and shared within the community. Materials that aren’t rehomed during our swap events are then sorted, checked, and prepared by our team.
We make them available again through our online shop and textile reuse pop-ups — keeping them in circulation for as long as possible.
