Can I get a refund?
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing at info@thefabricfolk.com within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Can I return custom-cut & made-to-order items?
Items that are cut to a specific length or customised to your request(including fabric cut from a roll to a requested measurement) are considered made-to-order goods.
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to custom-cut or personalised items unless they are faulty or materially different from the description.
Please ensure you carefully check measurements before placing your order.
Can I return fabric I've already cut?
To be eligible for a refund on standard (non-custom) items:
- Items must be unused, uncut, unaltered, and in their original condition
- Items must not be damaged after delivery
- Materials must not have been treated, washed, processed, or modified
Due to the reclaimed and surplus nature of our materials, variations in colour, texture, size, tone, or finish that are consistent with the product description are not considered defects.
If goods are returned in a diminished condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
How do I ship my return back?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
My item was damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
