🌿 Why Choose Reclaimed Materials?
Reclaimed materials reduce waste in two powerful ways: they keep textiles out of landfill, and reduce the demand for new materials that require energy, water, and raw resources to produce.
By choosing reclaimed, you’re not just sourcing fabric — you’re taking part in a more thoughtful, circular way of making.
We also believe reclaimed materials invite a different kind of creativity — one that’s more resourceful, intuitive, and personal.
🧵 About Reclaimed Materials
Each piece is unique. Photos give a good indication of what you’ll receive, but tones, textures, and sizes may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Because these materials have had a previous life, you may notice small marks or imperfections. We see these as part of their character — not flaws, but stories that make your finished piece one of a kind.
All materials are carefully checked to ensure they’re suitable for creative reuse.
💸 Our Pricing
Our materials are priced to be accessible, while reflecting their quality and potential.
Because we work with reclaimed and surplus textiles, availability and pricing may vary over time. Each batch is different, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
We aim to offer materials at significantly below typical retail value — making it easier to experiment, create, and make more with less.
🔄 Where Our Materials Come From
Our materials come from local makers, businesses, and creative projects that no longer need them.
Through our Stash Swap programme, fabrics and yarns are donated and shared within the community. Materials that aren’t rehomed during our swap events are then sorted, checked, and prepared by our team.
We make them available again through our online shop and textile reuse pop-ups — keeping them in circulation for as long as possible.
